{"id":161586,"date":"2017-04-03T13:04:36","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T18:04:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/indice7.com\/?p=161586"},"modified":"2017-04-03T13:04:36","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T18:04:36","slug":"el-imss-recomienda-en-esta-temporada-lavarse-las-manos-continuamente-beber-agua-y-comer-higienicamente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indice7.com\/?p=161586","title":{"rendered":"EL #IMSS RECOMIENDA EN ESTA TEMPORADA, LAVARSE LAS MANOS CONTINUAMENTE, BEBER AGUA Y COMER, HIGI\u00c9NICAMENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Beber agua simple y asegurarse que los alimentos que se consumen sean higi\u00e9nicamente preparados, nos proteger\u00e1n de cualquier enfermedad <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Dr. Alejandro Paredes Andalco, Encargado de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Delegacional de Planeaci\u00f3n y Enlace Institucional del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Tlaxcala, hizo un llamado a las familias tlaxcaltecas en general, para extremar cuidados durante la \u00e9poca de calor que ha iniciado, pues, es preciso evitar enfermarse, para eliminar otras posibles complicaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El lavado de manos, juega un papel importante en esta temporada de calor, as\u00ed como beber l\u00edquidos y comer alimentos higi\u00e9nicamente preparados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si queremos evitar el c\u00f3lera, diarreas agudas y otras enfermedades transmitidas por agua y alimentos contaminados, debemos lavarnos las manos antes y despu\u00e9s de ir al ba\u00f1o, o bien hacer uso del gel antibacterial de bolsillo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma exhorta a la poblaci\u00f3n, en esta temporada de vacaciones,\u00a0 tomar precauciones para evitar el Golpe de calor, quemaduras solares y el agotamiento por calor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Dr. Alejandro Paredes recomienda cubrirse la cabeza, usar prendas de vestir que protejan de los rayos solares directos sobre la piel, de preferencia no usar colores oscuros y buscar estar m\u00e1s tiempo en la sombra;
