lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (PGR), en su Delegaci\u00f3n Estatal en Tlaxcala, obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso a una persona por el delito de Posesi\u00f3n Il\u00edcita de Petrol\u00edfero Pemex Diesel.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11060\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11061\"><span id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11062\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11063\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11064\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">De acuerdo con la Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n, al estar realizando un recorrido de inspecci\u00f3n y vigilancia en las calles del municipio de Calpulalpan, se percataron que una camioneta Pick Up Ram con placas del Estado de M\u00e9xico en la parte trasera estaba sobrecargada. <\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11065\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11066\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11067\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11068\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Al realizar una inspecci\u00f3n a la unidad localizaron un contenedor hechizo met\u00e1lico con mil 99.91 litros de hidrocarburo po<\/span><span id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11069\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">r estos hechos, la unidad, la persona y el Di\u00e9sel fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal, formul\u00e1ndose la imputaci\u00f3n, por el delito referido, y se vincul\u00f3 a proceso en los t\u00e9rminos solicitados imponi\u00e9ndole como medida cautelar la presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica una vez a la semana y la exhibici\u00f3n de una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica. <\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11070\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"m_5058383072724581316yiv7530089889yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1495031927279_11071\">Asimismo, se otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria. <span
